Wynona June Holman, 85, of Rocky, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2020, at the Cordell Christian Home. She was born on June 28, 1934, to Alvin and Elsie (Elliott) Dobbs in Gotebo.
June grew up and attended school in Port and Rocky. She met the love of her life Harvey Holman and they were united in marriage on April 5, 1951, in Rocky. To this union were born two children, Eldon and Teena. June was a member of the First Born Church in Rocky. She enjoyed working in her flowerbeds daily. June loved her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her children, Eldon Holman of Rocky and Teena Mc- Cuistion and husband Tim of Rocky; grandchildren Mason Holman and wife Jessica of Mustang, Fletcher Holman and wife Kaylee of Elk City, Lance McCuistion and wife Carly of Rocky, Jordon McCuistion and wife Kelsey of Rocky, Skyler McCuistion and wife Katie of Elk City, and Rachel McCuistion of Rocky; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters Nona Fortner and husband Jim of Omaha, Ark., and Connie Slaughterback and husband Dennis of Cordell.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Elsie Dobbs; husband Harvey Holman; brother Gayle Dobbs; sister Deliala Tittle; and daughter-inlaw Gena Holman.
Visitation was held from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 9, 2020, at Ray & Martha’s Funeral Home in Cordell. A graveside service was held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2020, at Lone Star Cemetery in Rocky.
