Dear Editor,
I would like to take the time to recognize those heroes out there during the COVID-19 pandemic that are overlooked. The drivers and personnel at Red River Transportation have been out in the communities since it started trying to figure out how they can best help their communities. They are still offering rides to and from medical services, essential shopping trips, and delivering even more meals to homes than they have in the past.
Our drivers and personnel have gone above and beyond to try to make sure our clients are able to receive all they need during this time while keeping them safe in a contaminant free environment. Many of our drivers and personnel have taken on extra duties to make sure the citizens of their communities are getting all they need.
Public Transportation is a hidden gem in a lot of the rural communities. We want to make sure they are receiving a Thank You as well. They all have selflessly put their lives at risk day in and day out to make sure their clients are being taken care of. Thank you for all you continue to do to serve your community.
