I’m back! In the last month I have been to Houston, Texas; Denver, Colorado; Indianapolis, Indiana; Norman, Oklahoma; and Oklahoma City! I figured at this st(age) in my life I need to travel when I can! I hope I was missed. It is that time again- The men at the Cordell Methodist Church are planning the Annual Groundhog Supper for February 7th from 5 – 7 p.m. There will be all-you-can-eat sausage and sauerkraut, loaded baked potatoes, salad, tea, coffee and wonderful desserts- all for $10.00. The Oklahoma Blood Institute is having a blood drive on Thursday, Feb. 1st from noon to 5 p.m. in the Family Life Center at the First Baptist Church. Give blood if you can and save a life! There is an emergency blood shortage at this time. The Junior Class members are sponsoring a special surprise for you on Valentine’s Day! They will be delivering songs, Valentines, and candy. Order forms can be picked up and filled out at the High School Office.

The Community Easter Cantata will be held on Sunday, March 24th. If you would like to be in it there will be a practice at the First Baptist Church on Sunday afternoon at 3:45. A new month starts tomorrow! Let’s make it a great one.
