The Chamber of Commerce and the Cordell merchants are planning another Shop the Blocks from 9 am to 2 pm on Saturday Nov. 18th. The cave in the Washita Theatre will be full of vendors offering unique treasures and hidden gems.

There will also be delicious delights in the food truck on Mrket Street and you can attend the movie at 7 pm. It will be the new Hunger Games movie. Shop the Blocks in our own home town. Money spent in Cordell stays in Cordell.

The Community Ministerial Alliance Thanksgiving will be held at the New Beginnings chruch at 5 pm on Sunday November 19th. Everyone in the community is welcome to attend. Want to help? Bring finger food for fellowship afterwards. The youth and 1st Kids will meet at the First Baptist Church on Wednesday Nov. 15th at 5:30 pm.

ACE is having a Thanksgiving eelebration on Saturday. Be sure and attend. It sounds like a lot of fun.
