I feel the need to address the Superintendent issues. After reading [the last few] week’s letters to the Editor I felt like our school system as a whole needs some postive. So here’s my postive.. Mr. Victory has always demonstrated compassion and always been respectful towards me.

Hi to all you wonderful people that live in our area. I’m back!What a great article last week written by our Beacon Editor. There are a lot of people who agree with her. The way that I hope everyone feels is the School Board and the administration must be doing something right.

The ancient Egyptians built the pyramids with the ratio of the height to the base equal to 1:1.618—The Golden Ratio. The ancient Athenians, those masters of architecture, built the Parthenon with its column configurations and dimensions based upon the Golden Ratio.

Dear Editor, Well, I had hoped that Mr. Jerry Willard was happily enjoying himself on a beach in Florida or enjoying the cool of the mountains in Colorado. We had not heard his hateful rhetoric for a while. Like a bad penny he shows up in last week’s BEACON as mean and hateful as ever.

Last week we mentioned “beauty” as soul food. It seems to me that since we have established that human beings are made up of both a physical body, and an immaterial soul, then just as the body needs hamburgers, the soul needs its nourishment as well.

A School Board meeting is upon us, Wednesday, June 26th. I hope there is a good turnout. We need everyone’s help to convince Mr. Victory and the veteran board members (the ones who voted to retain Victory) that “THEIR AGENDA” is not acceptable.
