CENTENARIANS OF OKLAHOMA was pround to honor, Corn, Oklahoma resident, Viola Funk, on the occasion of her 100th birthday celebration and induct her into the Centenarians of Oklahoma Hall of Fame. Viola was a minister’s wife, a farm wife and a mother.

In April 1st’s General Election, Dale Selman took the seat for Cordell Board of Education Office No. 5 with a 39-vote margin over candidate Randi Hunter. Both candidates expressed appreciation to the voters and showed support for the Cordell school system as a whole.
