Cordell High School senior McKinsey Gray has been named to the 2025 Oklahoma All-State Girls Soccer Team, representing the Oklahoma West region. This prestigious recognition places Gray among the state’s elite high school soccer players and marks a significant achievement for her, Coach Darrin Taylor, and the Cordell Blue Devils program.
“I’m very proud of her. She was a wonderful young lady to have on the team. She always made it a point to have fun on the field. She was coachable and a great teammate to the other girls,” expressed Coach Taylor.
Gray’s passion for sports has been evident throughout her high school career, making this All-State selection especially meaningful.
“Sports is everything to me, and now it’s ending,” Gray shared. “I’m just glad I get to play one last time. It’ll be fun and a good experience.” The All-State game is scheduled for Saturday, June 7, at Bristow High School, with kickoff at 6:00 p.m. This event brings together the top talent from across Oklahoma, offering players like Gray the opportunity to compete at a higher level and gain exposure to college scouts and soccer enthusiasts.
