“Love your neighbor as yourself”I expect you recognize this commandment as being from the Bible. Whether you are a Jew or a Christian you recognize this verse as important. Jesus quoted this verse several times and classified it as one of the two greatest commandments. Paul and James also quoted it.

Alumni return for Cowden 40th School Reunion

The festivities began at 2:00 on Saturday July 11th, 2026 at the Cowden Community Building with 30 attending the 40th Cowden School Reunion. Everyone brought side dishes and/or deserts, Double 6 from Weatherford provided the meat. Everyone enjoyed visiting and catching up.
