Congratulations are due to three well-deserving Cordell FFA seniors.
Carlie Banks, Jaiden Dobbs, and Josh Wilson have been selected to receive the highest honor bestowed upon a member at the state level: the coveted State FFA Degree.
State Associations award the State FFA Degree, and it is open to members in 11th grade or higher who are involved in chapter leadership, state-level activities, and community service and complete a set number of hours of instruction and SAE growth and productivity.
In addition to receiving such an award, Banks has been selected as a recipient of the Oklahoma FFA Academic Excellence Award, making her one of 83 recipients chosen for this award.
These seniors will receive their 2024 State FFADegree on Wednesday, May 8, at the 98th Oklahoma State FFA Convention and Expo in the BOK Arena in Tulsa.
