Prayer was led by Chairman Chandler. The Board participated in the budget planning conference held by the Washita County Excise Board with each of the department heads. The following financial information available as of June 26, 2026 was reviewed: estimated cash fund balance - $1,065,542.04, estimated allowable budget - $3,085,164.40, and total of FY27 estimate of needs - $3,787,158.47. The Town of Burns Flat is holding a meeting on June 29, 2026 to discuss an agreement with Sinor to provide service until December 31, 2026. No action was taken.
