Motion made by Chandler seconded by Gossen to sign Resolution No. 2024-32 accepting an unrestricted donation from Energy Transfer for the Emergency Management department. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Chandler, yes.
Kristen Dowell, County Clerk, updated the Board on the progress of the enclosure addition at the Washita County Activity Center for the offices of the OSU Extension Center. The architects are submitting the plans to the State Fire Marshal’s office and will proceed with the bid process following approval. No action was taken.
Motion made by Chandler seconded by Gossen to approve the negotiated amount adjustment for items not considered in the appraisal for the Board of Regents for the Oklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical Colleges, Parcel No. 30 of the Bessie Road Project administered by the CED.
