BOARD OF EDUCATION CORDELL PUBLIC SCHOOLS REGULAR MEETING MINUTES June 26, 2024 Cordell Board of Education met in regular session Wednesday, June, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Board of Education Room. The meeting was called to order by board President Jeff Jaronek. Members present were Jeff Jaronek, Misty Gossen, Cole Gregg, Danielle Ivey, and Superintendent Victory. Nocona Cook was absent.

Ivey made a motion to approve the membership with the Oklahoma School Boards Association. Second, Gossen. Vote: Gossen, yes; Gregg, yes; Ivey, yes; Jaronek, yes. Motion passed 4-0.

At 7:50 pm, Gossen made a motion to convene to executive session to discuss the evaluation, employment, hiring, appointment, promotion, demotion, disciplining, or resignations of the following positions for 2024-2025: pursuant to 25 O.S. President Jaronek read the Executive Session Compliance Statement and state executive minutes with only the above items discussed with no vote taken. Board members present were Gossen, Gregg, Ivey, and Jaronek. Superintendent Victory was also present.
