Willing Workers OHCE club met on June 6, 2024 at Renae Dodson’s house in Canute at 11:30.
Amber Hall was hostess. Amber called the meeting to order at 11:35. Members led with flag salute and recided the County Creed.
Lois Johnson gave the thought of the day: “Nothing lasts forever, not even your problems.” Sherry Hall gave a devotional from Psalms 119:116.
Lona Horton read the minutes from the last meeting. Patsy Walker made a motion to accept as read. Renae Dodson seconded and all accepted.
Amber have the financial report. Renae made a motion to accept the report and the motion was seconded by Patsy and all accepted.
Members had a healthy lunch of Mediterranean salads made by Amber and celebrated two birthdays: Sherry Hall and Patsy Walker.
Next meeting will be on July 11 at the Methodist Church in Canute with Jodi Sharum hosting. Meet at 11:30. Members will prepare for the fair coming in August.
Amber played a guessing game for a door prize, but no one guessed the answer, so members drew numbers and Glenna Rose won the door prize.
Meeting was adjourned at 12:10 after Sherry made the motion and Patsy seconded, with all accepting.
