Iron Fitness offering new ways to make 2024 healthier for everyone

Just in time for those New Year’s health goals, Iron Fitness, formerly known as Code Blue, is now offering more ways to get fit and healthy. Iron Fitness announced its lineup of new and exciting ways to get active this year, from class workout schedules to open gym hours and body sculpting. Fitness comes naturally to some and challenging to others. Iron Fitness is determined to offer something suitable for all stages of one’s fitness journey.

First in the lineup of class workouts is a Coach-led group class offering functional movements, free weight strength training with dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight. This class will take place Monday through Friday for one hour, beginning at 5:15 a.m. Membership options consist of monthly for $70, three days a week for $50, or 24-hour access (open gym) for $35 a month.

Zumba, coached by Alisa Boecker, is a fitness program that involves cardio and Latin-inspired dance. This 45-minute class is scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. for $10 a class or $50 a month. Classes begin Thursday, January 11.

Turn Up Dance Fitness, coached by Indya Larae, is a dance-style fitness program where everyone can learn the routines, no matter their ability. The workouts are intense, fun, and life-changing, incorporating high-intensity interval training (HIIT), strength training, and dance. This class will take place on Thursdays at 9:00 a.m. for $15 a class. Classes begin Thursday, January 11.

Iron Fitness is excited to offer Body Sculpting, a noninvasive procedure with no pain or recovery time. Body Sculpting can help tighten skin, reduce cellulite, lighten the appearance of stretch marks, and much more. Sessions are in 30-minute increments, three days a week, with 24 hours between sessions. Body Sculpting, done by Candace Dudgeon, is $20 per session or $200 monthly.
