The Cordell Public Pool had a successful first week that ended with a Pool Party and midnight swim on Friday, June 16. The party included several door prizes, free food, and an overall great time.
The door prices given out were prize packages - West Okie Boutique, gift cards - Slice 183, free snow cones - Mo’s Sno, prize packages - Riggs Nutrition, free haircut - Jud Regier, kids package coupons - Washita Theatre, drink vouchers - Bean and Ladle, $25 prize - Lee Gregg Insurance, and various prizes from Mike’s Meats. The Cordell Fire Department cooked the food and provided condiments.
A deserving shoutout is due to the numerous businesses that donated. They are West Okie Boutique, Slice 183, Mo’s Sno, Riggs Nutrition, Jud Regier, Washita Theatre, Bean and Ladle, Lee Gregg Insurance, Mike’s Meats, Bar-S, and United Supermarkets.
