Thirty-five Washita County 4-Hers recently participated in the annual 4-H Cupcake Wars Contest. Individual 4-Hers decorate 3 cupcakes in 30 minutes to be judged.
Outstanding Cloverbuds include Maria Misener, Richard Wright, Layton McKee, Kendallyn Gossen, Whitten Schneberger, Ruby Perez, Ellie Perez, and Wren Schneberger.
Junior Division: 1st place and Champion Katherine Wright, 2nd place Waverly Schneberger, 3rd place Bailey Gossen. Other participants included Paul Misener, Tailee Finnell, HB Wright, and Cambree Moore.
Intermediate Division: 1st place and Champion Makayla Gunter, 2nd place Delainee Moore, and 3rd place Korben Gossen. Other participants included Sara Misener, Alexander Misener, Francesca Bloomer, Kali Bloomer, Braxton Barnett, Abby Sirmon, Heather Raleigh, Lylianne Smith, Callie Griffith, Cameron Raleigh, Michael Raleigh, and Paislee Tate.
Senior Division: 1st place and Champion Brance Barnett, 2nd place Kathryn Sirmon, 3rd place Evie Denny. Other participants included Chrystal Kovacs, and Joey Mooney.
After the Cupcake Wars Contest, 4-Hers participated in multiple stem workshops led by Burns Flat/Dill City Senior 4-H Leader, Larissa Mason,
