Now on the 21st day of November 2022, the County Commissioners in and for Washita County met in regular session with Chairman Goeringer calling the meeting to order. Motion made by Gossen seconded by Tompkins to sign the Detention Transportation Claim in the amount of $143.50 for the month of October for reimbursement to the Washita County Justice Center. Motion made by Tompkins seconded by Gossen to sign the agreement between South Western Oklahoma Development Authority (SWODA) and Washita County for the administration of the safe room project. Gossen, yes; Goeringer, yes; Tompkins, yes. Motion made by Tompkins seconded by Gossen to elect not to increase the base salaries of four of the elected officials whose terms begins in 2023.
