City requests residents’ help for grant application survey

The City of Cordell will be applying for a Community Development Block Grant through the Oklahoma Department of Commerce to make improvements to the City’s infrastructure systems. Projects could include the water system, sewer system or fire protection, which would benefit all citizens within the City of Cordell.

In order to qualify for these grant funds, the City must conduct an income survery of a random sample of the households located in the city.

The outcome of the survey will determine whether the City of Cordell can apply for this grant funding. The income information is held strictly confidential by the City of Cordell.

The City of Cordell asks for your assistance in completing the information in the survey. You will need to find the number of persons living in your household in the first column, and indicate whether your annual household income level is above or below the dollar amount shown next to your household size. Please return surveys by March 1st, either in person at the City Office at 101 E.
