The Burns Flat Annual Birthday Bash will be held this Saturday, October 23rd at the park on Sooner Drive.
Festivities will begin at 3pm with the BF-DC Band playing the National Anthem.
This annual event will celebrate Burns Flat’s 66th Birthday and will be full of fun for the whole family.
This year’s event will include a Chili Cook-Off, Cupcake Wars, a pumpkin carving contest, food trucks, a costume contest; kids’ games, bouncy houses, barrel rides, a pet costume contest, face Painting, Lip Sync Battle; Street Dance; and The Haunted Maze.
The Chili Cook-Off (with the coveted Toilet Bowl Trophy being brought back this year) and Cupcake Wars’ submissions are due by 3 p.m. and judging of both competitions will be held at 4 p.m.
The Pet Costume Contest will be held at 5 p.m. and the Lip Sync Battle will begin at 6 p.m.
Dress up in your best costume and head over to the pool’s parking lot at 7 p.m. to participate in the Costume Contest and Street Dance. The Costume Contest will be judged during the Street Dance so no registratoin is required.
The Haunted Maze/Haunt the Park will begin at dark.
