Reece Higgins
With a love for math as well as teasing her teacher, Mrs. Allison Russell, fourth grader Reece Higgins is the Cordell student being highlighted this week.
Reece has three dogs, Max, Sofia, and Baby, and she loves playing basketball and softball. Reece is lucky to get to mix two things she likes, her love of basketball as well as destroying her brother Tripp! (in basketball, to be exact!)
We had the chance to sit down with Reece and ask her a few questions about her school year so far and what she’s been loving the most.
How has your school year been so far? Have you done anything fun or anything that stands out?
Good. Switching classes is fun. It makes the day go faster.
What has been your favorite part about school since you started? Do you have any favorite memories?
Seeing my dad every day is fun because he is the elementary principal.
What are you most excited for this school year?
The end of the school year

A veterinarian
What makes you happy?
Seeing my dogs so excited when I get home. Especially Baby because she gets a treat.
