Parents, get your kids ready for this year's great Easter Egg hunt.
The Cordell Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Easter Egg Hunt at 10 a.m. on April 3 in Lee Park.
This year's event has one notable change because of COVID-19 protocols. The egg hunt will only be for children 7 and under.
"There are going to be prizes for those who find the eggs with numbers in them. These prizes, eggs and candy have been donated by the local businesses and citizens in Cordell,"
said chamber office manager Sarah Lau. "There are over 2,500 eggs this year. Also this year the Easter Bunny will be there for photos and just to hang out."
Lau said interested businesses or people can donate candy by dropping it off at the Chamber office at 114 N. Market.
