Summer League T-ball wrapped up this past week with a grand slam of smiles, sunshine, and six teams full of future MVPs who proved that sometimes, the biggest victories come in the smallest cleats.

Cordell’s Summer League teams are closing out the season with exciting accomplishments and maybe a home run or two!The 12U softball team battled their way to a 3rd place finish at the End of Season Tournament on Saturday, June 14. These girls gave it their all and proudly represented their hometown.

CORDELL EIGHTH GRADER JAXON JONES PLACES 7TH AT STATE POWERLIFTING MEET

Cordell eighth-grader Jaxon Jones secured a seventh-place finish at the State Powerlifting Meet in El Reno on Thursday, March 13. Competing in his first year of powerlifting, Jones exceeded expectations and set three personal records (PRs) along the way.

Cordell Track Athletes Hit Their Stride at Velma Alma Track Meet

Last Thursday, March 13, the Cordell High School track and field team traveled to Stephens County to compete in the Velma Alma Meet under the guidance of head coach Colby Love. The team brought home six top-six finishes across multiple events.

Lady Blue Devils JH Softball team opens season with Hennessey Hit-fest

The Cordell Lady Blue Devils JH team traveled to Hennessey this past Friday to begin the 2025 spring slowpitch softball season and take part in the Hennessey Hitfest Tournament. The girls came out swinging and played stellar defense over the four games they were participating in.
