Another wrestling tournament win for Preslie Dickerson

Preslie Dickerson, of Bessie, OK, earned the State Champion title at the OKUSA State Tournament this past weekend in Oklahoma City. Dickerson was named Outstanding Wrestler after winning all three matches by pin in the fastest time in the 6U girls division.

In a rollercoaster week of high school basketball for Cordell, both the girls and boys teams faced a spectrum of outcomes against formidable opponents. Tuesday's Matches: Girls fought valiantly but narrowly lost 55-53 against Mangum High School.

Blue Devils score two championships in Cordell Classic

The first Cordell Classic Basketball Tournament unfolded with thrilling matches and standout performances from the girl’s and boys’ teams. On Thursday, in an exceptional display of skill, the girls’ team secured a resounding victory, triumphing 81-14 against Olustee-Eldorado High School.
