Vera Stohl age 100, of Colorado Springs, CO, passed away peacefully on March 2, 2026.
She was born in Czechoslovakia and immigrated to the United States in 1950 with her husband and oldest child.
She was preceded in death by her husband Milton and daughter Vera. She is survived by daughter Anna, grandchildren Christina (Rob), Gary (Kim) and Caroline, great grandchildren Stephanie, Michelle, Auriana and Banyon.
Her strong faith guided her through her life. She was a member of Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
Her passions were reading, gardening and traveling. She visited all 50 states and many countries.
Vera went back to school when her husband got sick and obtained a degree as a lab technologist.
Vera took a position at the hospital in Cordell, OK where she is fondly remembered by many people.
She eventually retired and returned to Colorado Springs, CO.
Vera was interred at Lawnview Cemetery in Cordell and a memorial will be held at a later date.
