Washita County Emergency Management Director Kenneth Trent was instrumental in securing generous donations from CK Energy, Plains Pipeline, and Energy Transfer to help purchase an inflatable fire house. This educational tool will be used during Fire Prevention Week to help teach our youth about fire safety in a fun and interactive way. This project took nearly a year to complete, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the support of the incredible donors- CKenergy, Plains Pipeline, and Energy Transfer’s contributions are truly appreciated. Washita County is home to some of the best firefighters and first responders in the state and they deserve many thanks for their unwavering dedication and for all they do to keep our Washita County and surrounding communities safe.
