Now on the 22nd day of September 2025, the County Commissioners in and for Washita County met in regular session with Chairman Gossen calling the meeting to order.
Chairman Gossen asked Misty Holman, First Deputy County Clerk, for roll call. Roll call was answered by Gossen, present; Gray, present; Chandler, absent.
David Harbuck, First Deputy Commissioner District 3, was present.

Motion made by Gray seconded by Gossen to approve the payroll for all county employees for the month of September. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, absent; Harbuck, yes.
Motion made by Harbuck seconded by Gray to sign the OSF Form 3 for reimbursement of the Election Board salary from the State Election Board for the month of August. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, absent; Harbuck, yes.
The Board discussed Bid No. 2025-07 for medical services at the Washita County Justice Center with Sheriff Rozell and Melinda Laird, Cordell Memorial Hospital. The bid amount increased from the original quote amount due to the number of inmates being housed increasing. Motion made by Gossen seconded by Gray to award the bid to Cordell Memorial Hospital, the only bid received. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, absent; Harbuck, yes.
