Motion made by Chandler seconded by Gray to approve a Transfer of Appropriations transferring $3,036.23 from capital outlay and $59.00 from travel to maintenance & operations for the Sheriff’s department within the Sheriff Funding Assistance Grant fund. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
Motion made by Chandler seconded by Gray to sign the agreement between USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service & Wildlife Services and Washita County for wildlife services for FY26. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
Motion made by Gray seconded Chandler to sign the lease purchase agreement between the State of Oklahoma through the Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Washita County for a Motor Grader for District 2. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
Motion made by Gray seconded by Chandler to sign the ODOT Form 324a assigning partial payment to Warren Cat for a Motor Grader for District 2. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
The Board opened Bid No. 2025-05 for Scrub Seal for roads located in District 2. A bid was received from the following: Ergon Asphalt - $3.76 per gallon (picked up), $3.80 per gallon (delivered). Motion made by Gray seconded by Chandler to award the bid to Ergon Asphalt, the only bid received. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
The Board opened Bid No. 2025-06 for Crack Seal for roads located in District 2. A bid was received from the following: City Pavement, LLC - $3.55 per pound applied for crack sealing; $2.58 per pound for large crack sealing and transverse depressed crack repair. Motion made by Gray seconded by Chandler to award the bid to City Pavement, LLC, the only bid received. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to enter into executive session at 9:09 a.m. for the purpose of discussing the purchase or appraisal of real property pursuant to 25 O.S. §307B(3). Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
The Board returned to open session at 9:22 a.m. No action was taken.
