Cordell Schools Board of Education has selected Sam uel Belcher as the new Superintendent. Belcher will officially begin his duties on July 1st. He is currently the High School Principal at Calumet, and was previously Superintendent at Mountain View-Gotebo.
Belcher succeeds Travis Victory, who resigned his position as of the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
Contracts have been approved for the 2025-2026 school year for Secondary School Principal Danny Clifton, Assistant Principal Brittani Lierle, and Elementary Principal Jessica Pierce.
Cordell Public Schools is currently seeking applicants for the following positions: Elementary Special Education, High School English, Junior High Math, High School Science, Art, and Boys Basketball coach.
