Juanita (Billie) Maxine Johnson was born April 29, 1920, in Foster, Oklahoma to Gillie and Pearl Stotts. Billie died December 23, 2020, in Elk City, Oklahoma.
She and Carl Allison lived in Lancaster, California for many years and moved to Burns Flat in 1994. They were together for 52 years. Billie enjoyed dancing in her younger years, loved birds, and garage sales where she collected her treasures.
She worked as a waitress for many years in California before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her parents, life mate Carl, son Walter Dannie Johnson, sister Roma Allen, brother G. B. Stotts, and grandson Tony Fowler.
Survivors include daughters Shirley Lowery of Burns Flat, Oklahoma, Judy Mulvey of Lancaster, California, sister Mildred Doller of Marlow, brother John D. Stotts of Burns Flat, grandchildren Kevin Fowler, David Mulvey (Janet), Mark Mulvey (Rhonda), Jayme Fox (Stacy), and Robin McSpadden (Gary). Great grandchildren Logan, Savanna, Sidney, Rowan, Mackenzie, and Christopher. Many special nieces, nephews, and extended family.
A Memorial service will be held in Marlow, Oklahoma at Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home at 2:00 on Friday, August 27.
