Cordell Ministerial Alliance President Josh Yaeger, Pastor of 4th & College Church of Christ, has announced that there will be a prayer service held at the entrance to the Cordell football stadium at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday, August 6th.

Cordell Memorial Hospital is once again bring their Back to School Bash to the Washita County Activity Center from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. on August 5th.There will be snacks and hot dogs and great information on women’s health, health education, and WIC services.

It’s an annual tradition: get ready to ‘PIE’ your favorite football player or cheerleader at the Blue Devil Meet the Players Pie Auction. It’s Football Team VS. Cheer Squad to see who can raised the most money for their organization and audience members have the fun of watching.

Mountain View Free Fair continues the tradition July 31- Aug 2

The Mountain View Free Fair will begin on Thursday, July 31 and run through Saturday evening, August 2, 2025.The Fair operates Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings with special entertainment and live music on each evening. Local volunteers run carnival rides and games starting at 8:00 p.m.
