The race for Cordell School Board Seat 5 is nearing its conclusion as voters prepare to cast their ballots in the general election on Tuesday, April 1st. Early voting begins Thursday, March 27th. Candidates Randi Hunter and Dale Selman are vying for the position, each bringing their vision and priorities for the future of Cordell Public Schools.
Both candidates have expressed their gratitude to voters for their support during the primary election and shared final messages ahead of election day.
Dale Selman expressed his gratitude to supporters: “I would like to say thank you to all of my supporters that have promoted my candidacy and voted for me in the primary election. I’m asking for your support once again on Tuesday, April 1st, at the general election for school board seat 5. The school board will begin this session with many important topics on the agenda, including hiring a superintendent, several teachers and coaches, and considering a bond proposal. Please make your voice heard and vote on Tuesday, April 1st, for Dale Selman. Thank you.”
Randi Hunter also shared her appreciation and commitment to the community: “I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who took the time to vote in the recent election and helped push me through to the general election for the Cordell School Board. James Newman, Jr. and Darryl Anthony are vying for that municipal seat.
The Canute school district has a choice of Dustin DeGarmo or Chris Kirk for Canute Board of Education Seat No. 5.
