The tassels are ready to turn; the caps are ready to fly. As the school year draws to a close, high schools across Washita County are preparing to celebrate the Class of 2025. Families, friends, and community members are invited to attend and honor the accomplishments of this year’s graduates at the following ceremonies: 1.Western Technology Center will kick off the season with its graduation ceremony on Tuesday, May 6th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Don Lemke Gymnasium in Burns Flat.
2.Corn Bible Academy’s commencement will be held on Thursday, May 8th, at 7:30 p.m. in the CBA gymnasium.
3.Burns Flat-Dill City High School will celebrate its graduates on Friday, May 9th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Don Lemke Gymnasium.
4.Sentinel High School will follow with its ceremony on Friday, May 9th, at 7:30 p.m. in the Sentinel auditorium.
5.Cordell High School will host its graduation on Friday, May 16th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Cordell auditorium.
6.Canute High School will also celebrate its seniors on Friday, May 16th, at 7:00 p.m. in the Canute gymnasium.
