Clinic Pharmacy closing its doors July 25th

Cordell’s Clinic Pharmacy, located at 1312 N. Glenn English, has announced it will officially close its doors at the end of the business day on Friday, July 25.

In a public statement, Clinic Pharmacy expressed gratitude to the community for its loyal patronage over the years. The owners also shared their confidence in the future care of their customers, announcing the sale of the business to Evetts Drug of Cordell.

Evetts Drug, located at 100 E. 1st Street, has confirmed that it will not be relocating but will instead merge Clinic Pharmacy’s prescription files into its system.

“By doing this, we hope to make it a seamless transition, allowing patients to simply call or come by when they need a refill,” Evetts told The Cordell Beacon.

While Evetts works to ensure a smooth process, they noted that there may be minor glitches as prescription files are integrated and asked for the community’s patience.

“We are grateful to Chris and Cathy Johnson for allowing us the opportunity to serve their customers and want to wish the Johnsons the best in their future endeavors,” Evetts added.

Residents with prescriptions at Clinic Pharmacy can expect continued service through Evetts Drug starting July 26.
