Letters to the Editor

Dear Editor;

The United States of America became reality as result of the dreams of a people that wanted to live in freedom from the tyranny of the dictatorship of imperialism. They declared and realized their objectives as they withdrew from British subjection and established their own constitutional government. This government is often refered to as a democracy. This is an incorrect conclusion. This constitutional government is republican in form and operation. Every legal citizen is an equal among equals.

From the very first this government was subjected to the whims of those that thought they had better ideas. It’s freedom for everyone has continually seemed to rub some people wrong. Many battles and a few wars have been fought because of these differing beliefs of the American peoples.

The USA today has reached a time of division that may soon reach a war-time footing again. The cleft separates those that support the elected president and those that absolutely hate him and any thing he may say or do. A generation ago the idea of making America great or greater was the central ideology of American politics. How did this policy split our country. I have a theory: Donald Trump had this ridiculous idea that regaining America’s position as a bastion of freedom for the world would be a good thing. That straight up position and his absolute freedom in his use of speech made him the center of the hatred of those with a tilt toward the objectives of the writings of Karl Marx. Republican freedom and Marxism being diametrically opposed leaves little to no room for resolution of differences.

A quick look at the chasm between the Marxist style of government and constitutional democracy style of government shows the vastness of the divide. Marxism results in government ownership or control of properties; control of assembly, and education; limiting or barring ejective discourse; and limiting or suspending individual liberties. Constitutional democracy meanwhile guarantees the freedom and use of all of these rights and privileges.

‘Make America Great Again’ or the term ‘MAGA’ or other similar terms can cause ‘screaming fits’ amongst the haters of TRUMP and everything TRUMP. Objective observers generally recognize these kinds of responses as evidence of the mental disturbance known as TDS or Trump Derangement Syndrome. Just like many other disorders and mental weaknesses it is unrecognized and denied by the afflicted.

Meanwhile President Donald J. Trump continues with his programs of making our world a better place by Making America Greater Again. It is successful, too, in spite of everything that the Marxist leaning left has thrown at his efforts. The Marxists need reminding that anything that leans too far always falls for what it leans toward. Marxism has always fallen into Atheistic Communism as its final leaning conclusion.

May our LORD help us!
