If you’re happy and you know it, Smile! (Is everyone smiling?) Then I will tell you about a wonderful Easter planned for everyone that lives around here!
The Chamber of Commerce is palnning a day at Lee Park on March 30th. Easter egg hunts for all ages, games, food and a lot of fun!
The Chamber Bingo Night at the Cave was a huge success on Thursday night. So much fun. Looking fowrd to the next one!
St. Patrick’s Day is coming on March 17th. I have never understood why you get pinched if you don’t wear green that day, so this year here in Cordell let’s tap everyone on the back and give those wearing green the ‘OK’ sign. Maybe you will make a new friend. My mother (Maggie Lowber) always told me that ‘a friend is a gift that you can give yourself.’
Have a great week, make a new friend, and wear green on Sunday- you never know if it will work until you try it.
