Vandals cut plastic wrapped cotton bales south of Burns Flat, probably sometime on Thanksgiving, exposing the cotton to moisture and high winds.
Jimmie Rhoades had stripped the cotton which belongs to Randy Ridling which is located two miles east of Sentinel, on Highway 55, then three miles north, on the west side of the road.
Rhoades has offered a $500 reward for the arrest and conviction of the vandals.
