Margaret L. Williams was born to Andrew J. Evans and Alta (Bottom) Evans in Gotebo, Oklahoma, on November 4, 1939, and departed this life in Hobart, Oklahoma, on February 24, 2014, at the age of 74 years, 3 months and 20 days. Margaret grew up in Gotebo, Oklahoma, where she graduated from High School. On May 19, 1957, she married Leon Wiebe who passed on July 1, 1980. She was the mother to two daughters Liesa and Julie, whom she adored. Later Margaret met Jack Williams and the couple married in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on August 21, 1981. Through this marriage she gained a step son, Robert, and a step daughter, Cylinda. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Sentinel, Oklahoma. Margaret enjoyed her family and being a grandma to her grandchildren. She was a true friend to many people. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Leon Wiebe; her parents, Andrew and Alta Evans; a brother, Darrel Evans; a sister, Joyce Cook; and an infant sister, Sandra Evans. Survivors include her husband, Jack Williams of the home; two daughters, Liesa Williams and husband, Keith, of Newalla, Oklahoma; and Julie Barnett and husband, Buck, of Sentinel, Oklahoma; a stepson, Robert Williams and wife, Euridice, of Edmond, Oklahoma; a step daughter, Cylinda Nonast and husband, Rodney, of Cordell, Oklahoma; a brother Gary Evans of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; a sister in law, Omalee Evans; 11 grandchildren, Buck Barnett II, Breanna Davidson, Jacob Rhoades, Jaclyn Tyler, Blair Barnett, Jennifer Foster, Ryan Williams, Kyle Nonast, Kelsey Parrill, Erik Williams, and Katherina Williams; five great grandchildren, Chase McBee, Lily Foster, Jovi Petzold, Madilynn Davidson and Jackson Fischer; and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at the First Baptist Church, Sentinel, Oklahoma, on Thursday, February 27, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Keith Gillham and Pastor Kelly Smith officiating. Burial concluded at the Salem Cemetery, Washita County, Oklahoma, under the direction of People’s Cooperative Funeral Home, Lone Wolf, Oklahoma.
