Oklahoma voters voiced an overwhelming “No” at the polls yesterday by voting against SQ820, which would have legalized recreational marijuana use. Only about 38% voted for the approval of the measure, which would have also decriminalized marijuana use and allowed those convicted of marijuana related offenses to seek expungement of their records.
