    May 29 was this year’s first 3-in-1 Ranch Rodeo in Cordell.

    The event was put on by the Washita County Cattlemen Association in an efforts to raise money for scholarships for Wahita County graduates.

    According to Washita County Cattleman Association Predient Jeff Jaronek, there were roughly 250 atendants wacthing the 36 teams that participated in the rodeo.

    Residents of Washita County can look forward to the event taking place again next year.

    “We appreciate the support of the Cordell community coming out and joining us on the 29th and just showing support and helping us raise money for scholarships,” Jaronek said.
