Blue Devils display growth in first 8-man football game

The Cordell Blue Devils hit the gridiron on Thursday, September 4, for their first matchup since moving to 8-man football. Taking on the Fox Foxes, Cordell showed clear improvement despite falling 26-46 in the game.

From kickoff to the final whistle, the Blue Devils displayed energy and hard work, competing well against the Foxes. The transition to 8-man football is no minor adjustment, but Cordell’s efforts on the field proved that their constant dedication is paying off.

Though the scoreboard didn’t tip in their favor, the Blue Devils left the field with heads held high. Their offensive execution showed promise, and the defense battled throughout the night.
