Mark Allen Martin, age 63, passed away unexpectedly in Oklahoma City, on November 12th. Mark was the beloved son to Ervin and Shirley (Richard) Martin, born on February 27, 1961, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. He graduated from Mitchel High School in 1979. Mark married Janna (Neufeld) Martin on December 7, 1980, in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. From that marriage, they welcomed their two children Jason Martin born on June 29, 1980 and Jessica Martin born February 8, 1986.
Mark Hauled cattle for 30 years in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, where he enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and golfing. He loved being a Papa and spending as much time as he could with Kyle Martin, born November 5, 2001. In 2010, he moved to Cordell, Oklahoma, where he drove trucks for the oil industry. He enjoyed playing games with friends and family and loved putting up his Christmas display by Cordell Park.
Survivors include the love of his life Janna Martin; children Jason (Laura) Martin, Jessica (Jonathan Viola) Martin; Mother Shirley (Richard) Martin; grandchildren Kyle Martin, Inzo; Brother Gary (Deb) Martin; Sister Roxann (Andy) Grentz of Mitchell, Nebraska; Brothers in law Rodney (Kathy) Neufeld and Ronald (Koleen) Neufeld from Williston, Florida, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by Father Ervin Martin; Sister Pamala (Martin) Hershfeldt; Mother and Father in law Clarence and Arlene (Cartwright) Neufeld and grandparents.
Mark will be deeply missed and will live on in the hearts of those who loved him and those who he touched.
