Lorene Marie Regier, 98, of Corn, Oklahoma, passed away on Friday, November 15, 2024, in Weatherford, Oklahoma.
She was born to Arthur and Emma (Friesen) Regier on January 5, 1926, in Cordell, Oklahoma. Lorene attended Shelley School as a child and then went on to attend and graduate from Cordell in 1944. She grew up working on the farm as a young child and continued to do so during her working days. Lorene enjoyed bowling, dancing the waltz and two-step, gardening, and cooking. Her favorite thing to do was play board games. Lorene will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Survivors include her Niece: Sondra Parks, New York; Nephew: Calvin and wife Delena Regier, Mountain View, OK; Great Nieces: Tonnie Schmidt, OKC, OK, Shane Regier and wife Robbi, Cordell, OK, Brandy Jones and husband Landon, Mountain View, OK, Peggy Parks, Austin, Texas, Shevon Parks, Austin, Texas, and numerous great ~ great nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, sister: Doris Regier, and brothers Arthur Regier and Edwin Regier.
Funeral Service was held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 19th, 2024 at Herold Mennonite Church, Bessie, OK. with interment at Herold Mennonite Cemetery in Bessie, OK.
