Dawes Self, 71 of Kingston, Oklahoma passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City.
He was married to Sandra Cunningham of Cordell, Oklahoma on March 12, 1993. They lived in Colony, Oklahoma and moved to Kingston in 2001 to present.
Dawes easily became the family and neighborhood handy man.
He was preceded in death by his parents Howard and Nola Self, Sister Diana Dupler, Brother-in-law Ronnie Dupler.
He is survived by his wife Sandra, Niece, Cheri Richardson and husband Pete of Piedmont, Oklahoma, Niece, Jenny Dupler Gates, Little Elm, Texas, Barett Dupler and wife Lacy of Gunter, Texas, Great Nephews, Cameron Richardson, Gavin Dupler, Great Nieces, Cierra Richardson and Kirstyn Dupler, Trista Camacho and husband Justin and Great, Great Niece Talyn Camacho.
