On September 30, 2025, the Cordell 4-H group had their first meeting of the year. They elected officers and talked about the bean supper. The 4-H President this year is Korben Gossen. The 4-H Vice President is Bailey Gossen. The 4-H Secretary is Kendallyn Gossen. The 4-H Reporter is Isabella Huntzinger. The 4-H Photographer is John Zraik. The 4-H Treasurer is Cooper Reed. Th 4-H Recreation Leaders are Benaiah Miller and Claire Zraik. The 4-H Snack Organizer is Josiah Miller.
The bean supper is Tuesday, November 4th, from 5 to 7 p.m. The carnival is from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Talk with a 4-Her and get tickets today. $5 per ticket and preschool and under are free. The bean supper and carnival are at the Washita County Activity Center in Cordell. They also have to-go meals at the bean supper. The bean supper will have brown beans, baked potatoes, cornbread, coleslaw, desserts, and drinks. At the bean supper, you will be able to vote for the new 4-H t-shirt. You can play games at the carnival located at the back of the activity center. $5 for unlimited carnival games. If you win enough tickets, you can get a prize.
