He was born on June 7, 1933, in Adair County, Missouri, to Falvius Guy Jr. & Faye (Hedges) Bills.
In June of 1951, D.O. joined the United States Marine Corps. He had 4 children, Theresa, D.O. Bills, Jr., Roscoe and Kathy.
D.O. later met and married the love of his life, Teresa, on June 18, 1982, in Leflore County and together they welcomed Amanda.
D.O. was a retired truck driver. He loved driving his truck and traveling.
He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Survivors include his wife: Teresa Bills, Cordell, OK. Children: Theresa Stringer, Port Arthur, TX, Doris Oden Bills, Jr., Port Arthur, TX, Roscoe Guy Bills, Port Arthur, TX, Amanda Joan Waltz & husband, Cooper, Yukon, OK. 6 Grandchildren, and numerous Great grandchildren Sisters: Olga Haney, Moore, OK, June Carnes, and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
Preceded in death by his parents Falvius Guy Jr. & Faye (Hedges) Bills, Sisters: Gloria Jean Adams Daughter: Katherine Bills, Brothers: Alden Bills, Alex Bills, Guy Ogle Bills, Felix Bills, & Orris Oren Bills.
