The City Elections are over and on Monday night April 17th at 6:00 p.m. the new Mayor and Council Members will take the oath of office. Be a part of the action! Come to the meetings.

Did you know that you can have ten chickens and one rooster within the city limits? You have to have a chicken coop building to house them and a fence to contain all domestic fowl. The coop and lot must always be maintained in a sanitary condition. Get this information at the City office.
At the 2023 Cordell Chamber Banquet it was announced that the Business of the Year is Cordell Memorial Hosptial. The Servant of the Year is Gail Wilcox , and (get ready for this one) the Person of the Year is me, Zetta Penner! There is going to be a come and go reception on April 13th from 5:30-6:30 at Bean & Ladle. I am going to love representing Cordell (my favorite city!) in 2023. I hope to see you at the reception Thursday.
