Kenneth Gerald Goree passed from this life November 25, 2022 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at age 75. Kenneth was born January 21, 1947 to David and Virginia (Evans) Goree in Chickasha, Oklahoma.
He grew up in Amarillo, Texas along with his siblings and after graduation he attended 2 years at Okmulgee. He spent 3 years in the Navy. Kenneth had two sons Christopher and David Goree. Kenneth had his General Radio Operator License and had the highest FCC 9 communications for the Government. He was a police officer in Cordell and other locations for over 20 years, enjoyed electronics, math and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his partner of 27 years; Teresa of the home, parents; Virginia Hendricks of Cordell, two sons; Christopher and David Goree, step-daughter Maryln Jones sisters; Vickie, Gingie, Rebecca and Angie Hendricks all of Cordell, brother; Ronnie Chipps Hendricks of Bessie, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his stepfather; Louis F. Hendricks, sister; Lillian Chipps Hendricks, brothers; Buddy Chipps Hendricks and Sammie Chipps Hendricks.
Graveside services for Kenneth were held Thursday, December 1, 2022, 2:00 P.M. at The Clinton City Cemetery in Clinton, Pastor Jerry Wilkins officiated. The United States Navy Honor Guard performed Graveside Rites. Interment followed.
