The Washita County Fashion Review and Impressive Dress was held March 29, 2022. The two part event was hosted by the Sentinel 4-H club. Fashion Review is for items sewn or created by the 4-H member. Burns Flat-Dill City had blankets entered by: Joey Mooney, 1st place; Brance Barnett, 1st place; Cora Tipton, participation; Evie Denny, participation; Kathryn Sirmon, 2nd place; Aubrey Sturgeon, 1st place; Jamie Prator, 3rd place. Joey Mooney entered a bag in the other sewn category and placed 1st, Cora Tipton had a pillow in the other sewn category placing 2nd; Kathryn Sirmon made a scrunchie placing 3rd; Brance Barnett entered the fashion accessory category and placed 1st and Champion. Abby Sirmon had a scrunchie and placed 3rd. Braxton Barnett enteered a bag an placed 2nd.
Impressive dress is to show off your fashion sense. Members wear something that fits into one of three categories. The BF-DC Sr. 4-H did very well, with five members in the Impressive Dress. Braxton Barnett had Active wear with a participation ribbon. Abby Sirmon entered Active wear, participation ribbon and Dress wear 3rd place. Active Sportwear was entered by Evie Denny, 2nd and Danny Schulte placing 3rd. Evie was also 1st place in Casual wear. Brance Barnett was 1st in Dresswear.
