Motion made by Gossen seconded by Gray to table a road maintenance and repair agreement between Little Elk Wind Project and Washita County for a maintenance project within District 1 and 2. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.

Motion made by Gossen seconded by Gray to sign Resolution No. 2026-17 executing a project agreement between Oklahoma Department of Transportation and Washita County for a crosstown beams bridge project, Project No. J3-0064(004)RB, to request more information on the location of the project. Motion made by Gossen seconded by Chandler to sign Resolution No. 2026-18 establishing a fund for the Preserving and Advancing County Transportation (PACT) funds to be used for bridge projects. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
Motion made by Gray seconded by Gossen to sign an Interlocal Agreement between Beckham County, Blaine County, Custer County, Harmon County, Kiowa County, Roger Mills County, and Washita County creating the Southwest Oklahoma Regional 911 Board. Gossen, yes; Gray, yes; Chandler, yes.
Sheriff Rozell updated the Board on actions which will be taken to increase the security at the Courthouse including the employment of a Deputy Sheriff in the Courthouse and the locking of the majority of the doors at all times. No action was taken.
The Board and the other department heads discussed some items which will need to be included in the estimate of needs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027 including health insurance rates, chairs for the courtrooms, security sonic wall license, lawnmower for Courthouse, and legal fees. No action was taken.
