Washita County 4-H Share-the-Fun Talent Show was held Monday, February 2nd at the Burns Flat-Dill City (BF/DC) High School. The BF/DC Senior 4-H Club hosted the event with Kathryn Sirmon emceeing, Abby Sirmon and Paige Brittain presented ribbons and Larissa Mason working behind the scenes. The talent performed included skits, singing, dancing, playing instruments and the piano along with other various talents. The 4-H Share-the-Fun is a platform for youth to showcase a talent, build confidence in front of an audience and have a friendly competition with their peers.
Junior Division Large Group first place was Cordell 4-H Club, second place was Canute Jr. Junior Division Large Group Champion: Cordell 4-H Club.
Members of the Cordell 4-H Club included: Josiah Miller, Benaiah Miller, Casen Wood, Jett Wood, Jonathan Zraik, Clarissa Zraik, Kendallyn Gossen, Bailey Gossen, Ethan Huntzinger, Isabella Huntzinger and Elsie Jaronek.
Members of Canute Jr 4-H included: Richard Wright, Hayes Elliott, Georganne Harrison, Maria Misener and Nash Delp.
Junior Division Small Group: first place went to Clarissa and Jonathan Zraik. Junior Division Small Group Champion: Clarissa and Jonathan Zraik. Senior Division Small Group first place went to the Lava Ladies; 2nd place went to Leah and Hayes Elliott; third place went to Delia Elliott and Katherine Wright.
Senior Small Group Champion: the Lava Ladies. Members of the Senior Small Group of the Lava Ladies Included: Kathryn Sirmon, Abby Sirmon, and Heather Raleigh.
Junior Division Individuals: first place was Kendallyn Gossen, second place was Casen Wood, third place was Josiah Miller.
Junior Division Individual Champion: Kendallyn Gossen. Participants included: Benaiah Miller, Chase Peck, Isabella Huntzinger. Senior Division Individuals: first place was Bailey Gossen; second place was Kathryn Sirmon, and third place was Abby Sirmon.
